Paco Rabanne: Renowned Perfume & Fashion Designer Dies at Age 88

The legendary and world famous fashion designer Paco Rabanne, died at age 88 in Portsall, France. Rabanne's, death was announced on 02/03/23 by the Paco Rabanne Instagram account with the statement:

"The House of Paco Rabanne wishes to honour our visionary designer and founder who passed away today at the age of 88. Among the most seminal fashion figures of the 20th century, his legacy will remain a constant source of inspiration. We are grateful to Monsieur Rabanne for establishing our avant-garde heritage and defining a future of limitless possibilities."

Francisco Rabaneda Cuervo, more commonly known as Paco Rabanne was the Spanish-born French fashion designer known worldwide for his Space Age aesthetic and best-selling perfumes. 

Rabanne was the recipient of several awards however, he was made Officer of Legion of Honour in France, the country's highest decoration, in 2010, which recognized his contributions to the arts and fashion. 

In addition to his incredible fashion work, Rabanne was known worldwide for his breathtaking fragrances. He created numerous highly successful fragrances, including his notably most successful fragrances 1 Million and Lady Million.
